On delphi 3 Standard (time stamp 3:01) whenever I place the
DBLookUpListBox component on a form it appears to magically change
size on me.  I set the RowCount to 12 and align it to the bottom of
the Panel, but when I open the project the next time it might only
have a RowCount of 8!

Is it my PC?  Do I need a vacation??
