 Access a bit in Bitmap

Smalltalk/V Mac has a Form class for representing bitmaps. The class
supports an instance method, at:aPoint, which returns the value of the
bit in the form at the specified point.  The value is 1 or 0, depending
on whether the bit represents black or white.  The Bitmap class in
Smalltalk/V Windows seems to have no similar way of finding the value of
a given bit.  Do you know of such a way?
