Free:
French version of TP7 at inprise.fr, older versions than 6.0 on the main
Borland site (museum section, reg required)

Payware:
All versions: search auction sites.
If I go to the local computer fair here, I can still buy BP7, but it is
quite expensive.

BTW: what is proof of purchase for BP? I found out I lost my disks and only
have the manuals.

No, I bought it at a fair, when Delphi 4 was already out. (it costed Eur 30
or so)

Anyway, I don't care about replacement disks and stuff (I have them backed
up on CD), just legal issues.
