Anyone know the scancode for the END key?  It continues to evade me..  I've
found home, pgup, pgdn, insert, delete and all the arrow keys but can't find
the END!

It's in the reference manual. But since you know all other keys, it's
one less than the arrow key next to it.

hex   $4F is listed in my Turbo Prgrammer's Guide for END.

Also, wouldn't it be correct to assume that the other scancodes were
found using a program of your own device...  anyway, there is an obvious
pattern to the enumeration of the scancodes... (at least, I realized it
the first time I looked at 'em, I don't know about you... :)
