 System3: start with Oberon.Desk

Is it possible to start System3 with a fully 'grown' Oberon.Desk? I
fiddled around with Configuration.Text but didn't manage.

Thanx,

Hi Martin

It is very easy t do what you want: (I suppose you have System 3)
1) Be sure that in the oberon.ini file you have in the [system] section
an entry like "Configuration = Bo.Configuration.Text" which indicates
the initial file within Oberon (the Original File is
"Configuration.Text")
2) in the configuration text, write (besides other things):
Configuration.Marker set system                 <= points to the system track (rigth)
System.Open System3.Tool
System.Changedirectory <your working path with the Desk-File>
Desktops.Open Bo.Desk                            <= this is my personal Desk
Configuration.Marker set user                   <= points to the user track
System.Grow                                     <= makes the desktops screen size

that's all!
