Usually, no major difference exists. Of course method 1 makes name clashes less
frequent. Method 2 allows you to see within the blink of an eye which procedures/types/constants/whatever a module uses.

Compilationspeed, hmmm difficult. I think 1 is faster, but that it is so small I wonder if it can be measured with a timer tsr. Detection by a human is impossible, if it is, the compilerprogramma should start looking for a new job.
