What language(s) are used by DEC to write compilers for the VAX?

 What language(s) are used by DEC to write compilers for the VAX?

Does anybody know what language is used by DEC to produce compilers
for the VAX? Are they still using BLISS-32 or have they switched to
something else, like C?
