WANTED: C to FORTRAN translator

 WANTED: C to FORTRAN translator

I'm looking for a translator (scripts or whatever) that would translate
a C .h file to something usable by fortran.

I just need to be able to translate structures, not the code.

It has to handle nested structures.

 WANTED: C to FORTRAN translator

I would also be interested in something similar - a script (sed, awk, whatever), which would convert #define's to e.g. parameter-statements.
