? for [i 1 3 1] print i
I don't know how  to for

Any idea?

This means Logo's library isn't where it expects (namely /usr/lib/logo).
Two solutions:  (1) as root, say "make install"; (2) in your .cshrc say
        setenv LOGOLIB /wherever/you/have/ucblogo/logolib

P.S.  You need brackets around the instruction input to FOR:
        for [i 1 3 1] [print :i]
