The last time I mirrored the msw logo stuff, permissions went awry.  I
have updated things now, and you should be able to access MSW Logo in
central europe plain and normal once again.
        Location is either

ftp://sunsite.univie.ac.at/pub/languages/logo/mswlogo for those
who don't believe that http is the ultimate answer for file
transfers.
