 it's "Logo" not "LOGO"

When Wally Feurzeig at BBN changed the name of the language from
"Ghost", he called it "Logo" from the Greek for "word".
Logo is not an acronym, so should not be all caps

Granted, in those days all we had were ASR-33 Teletypes (r) and they
only had capital letters, but I think there are not too many of them
left around  :->

(No, no graphical turtles, just real mechanical radio-controlled ones -
no graphical terminals way back then)
