Offside Rule?

 Offside Rule?

Lately there has been some talk about Miranda's "offside rule". I
understood that the layout of a program affects its semantics. Since
I'm not familiar with Miranda, could someone please provide some (short)
explanation/introduction to this (news-wise or mail-wise)?

Thanks for your help!
