 HTML Primer of Forth

I have just converted my on-lne primer,
"A Beginner's Guide to Forth", to HTML
format. It now has a hyperlinked TOC and
links to maneuver around internally.

I also have added a section on actually writing
a program, from start to finish (as contrasted
with defining words that perform simple tasks).

I would be grateful for any and all constructive
criticism. Pedagogy needs feedback.

I know. The server has gotten very flaky. Guess
whose software it uses ;-)  (Hint: not yours.)

It was down over the weekend. I think they need
a new machine. It's our patriotic duty: it will
boost the exxonomy! (Oops, I mean eConomy.)
