Eiffel "Gotcha" #8 - order of local entities

Sorry for being fussy: there is no such thing as local
attributes. From the example it appears that
what you mean is local entities.

Many people use the terminology "local variables",
which is OK (although there is a reason for making
less common term "entity" the official one).
But "attribute" has a precise meaning in Eiffel
-- an attribute is a feature of a class, representing
a value  to be associated with each instance of the class --
and the term "local attribute" could give people wrong ideas.

This is a trifle but let's remove any opportunity
for confusion.
