 The 'Dylan' Logo

Apple Dylan uses a 'hermitian matrix' logo (4x4 coloured square) for its
Dylan products and documentation. Is that available for general Dylan use,
or is it reserved by Apple? I know Harlequin uses its own 'rhombic
dodecahedron' logo. Is there a logo that just stands for Dylan?
