my fields, but the manual doesn't feel it is worth documenting what
the "2" is doing there (the "K" is explained).  What is it?  Does
anybody know?

Foxpro Mac allows 3D fields/listboxes/etc., and in order to keep track of
whether it is 3D or not, that extra qualifier is put in.  Since the same
