 Clipper DBF format

dBASE III + writes its structure stuff in 32-byte chunks and terminates
the whole thing with 0D.  The next byte is the first byte of the first
record.  Clipper 5.2 starts the first record one byte later.  In effect
we have 0D 00 to terminate the header/fields block.

Not that it's a problem, but does anybody know what the extra nul is
for?  Curiousity is killing this cat.
