Harbour FAQ revision 1.8 now on-line
Revision 1.8 of the harbour FAQ is now on-line, changes since the last
published version are:

| I'd moved David's to Matthew's and forgot to add one for Matthew.

| Changed the wording in section 4.2 to suggest thet harbour will have a

| Hunted down and fixed a couple more `htmlurl' tags that should have been
| `url' tags.
