 Clipper debugger 5.2e won't work with Win95

Hi all,

Clipper de{*filter*} won't work in Win95 (DOS session), the only way
I found is to boot in native DOS 7.0 . In this mode I can start my
app. with CLD <app> .

Appreciate help on this point.
Thanks.

Claude.

Claude,

From a previous post:

"Norton installs a DLL which interferes with the de{*filter*}. Named
SYMEVNT.DLL, there is purportedly a new version on their www site
which eliminates the problem. "

The only way I get the de{*filter*} in a 95 Dos box is to link the cld.lib
in the app.

File app_prg,...,cld.lib
Lib  clipper,extend...

Alt-D will bring up the de{*filter*}.

Hi
If I link with Blinker and LIB CLDR.LIB, the de{*filter*} work
fine (I call it with <ALT+D>). But if I link with Exospace and I run
my application, it returns with General Protection Fault. I work with
DOS sessions in W95 and my clipper is 5.3..

Thanks for yours answers.
