Is this their FIRST attempt to communicate with you -- or is this more or less a frustrated attempt? If the latter, I'd be interested in what they said. I haven't read a Topspeed license in a long time (if ever) but normally you are allowed to TRANSFER the license. One is generally not allowed to SELL the product, since you never OWNED it -- but licensed it instead.
