delete parent-child record without using form

Hi
I have 2 files (Customer, Order ) and when using form to delete one Customer
the related records (Orders) are also deletet.
Now I need to do this without using form - I  handcoded this but the result
is rather unstable. Can someone  explain how to do this correct.

                                                                   Thanks
