HELP!: Create Clarion DLL to be used by Delphi

How do you create a simple 32-bit DLL in Clarion which has exported
functions and/or procedures which are accessible by other development
platforms, mainly delphi 2.0 and Visual FoxPro 5.0.  I work in a
multi-platform development environment and NEED to be able to share
functionality between these platforms.

Does anyone have a simple Clarion example which does the following:
Create a 32-bit Clarion DLL which has a single function or procedure
which accepts two parameters, a Long and a CString, displays them in a
window, allows changes, and returns the changes to the calling program.

Clarion support was unable to answer this question. Thanks in advance.
