 Record Retrival Error W2k Help!!!

I have just started getting this Record Retrival Error
After some testing have found it only occurs on W2K
Software is OK on Win98
C55d TPS Files Networked app
W2K Sp2
C55e

Has anyone experienced this and how do
I resolve this?

Any Help Appreciated
