For the past one whole week, nothing!! nothing at all!!
I cannot read anything from comp.lang.clarion at all.

Is there anything wrong with the server??

Kelvin,
Using Netscape Communicator 4.04 I had this same situation after the
server w3.uccb.ns.ca was upgraded last weekend.
You are probably getting the messages but they are being marked as
"read" on arrival.
To fix it I had to delete the news server,  add it back and then
subscribe to comp.lang.clarion again.
Even this did not seem to work for some until they apparently took this
action more than once.

        Steve MacLeod did some changes to the news server, I had problems
reading the news also, what I did was to delete the newsgroup from my
news reader (Outlook Express) and then added it back again, and all
went back to normal.

Big time upgrade was done on the news server at w3.uccb.ns.ca on
Saturday night.

The server software was upgraded and the message base reloaded in the
process. This seems to have thrown off counters in people's news
readers e.g. highest message number read

Usually people have had to delete the news server setup in their
software and then add it again, then get ready for every message
(approx 1500) to be downloaded and show up as new messages.

After that pain you should find the news server works better, less
crazy ruleset rejections, is faster to download messages from, and has
much tighter coordination with the world. That world being
tsnews.clarion.com and news.x-gen.com for the topspeed groups and the
rest of USENET for comp.lang.clarion.
