INTERNAL ERROR 04 : CTLMAIN error in version 2.001.01

I'm running CW 2.001.01 and I'm getting an INTERNAL ERROR 04 : CTLMAIN
message and the Program locks. This occurs after using a window which has
an OCX populated on it that takes up the whole window and then you press
the Escape key which closes the window. This does not happen every time but
does happen over 50% of the time. It seems to happen more when you open and
close the window (procedure) multiple times. Any Ideas?? Work Arounds ??
PLEASE???

Thanks
David Harrison

Try taking off TIP and MSG and Skip off the Tool bar.  And if you have
IMM on the window try removing this.  This solved our problems.
