VB4 - 16 bit : Wrong version of runtime dll

My version VB4 contains  VB40016.dll ver 4.002331. If I try to install
programs (made my setup wizard) on computers with V40016.dll ver
4.002422, I get the folllowing error: "Wrong version of runtime dll"

If I copy the newer dll to my own computer, I am able to compile, but
run programs. Nopw I get the same error.

My question: How can I install the VB40016.dll ver 4.002422 so VB4 is
aware of this and programs uses the newest dll ?

Thanks a lot in advance
