I am looking for information on the NetUserAdd, NetGroupAdd, NetGroupAddUser
API calls as they would be translated into VB.  I have read the docs at MSDN
and seen the sample code MS provides to set directory security options.
(Q240176 - HOWTO Set Security on a NTFS Folder Programmatically)

What I would like to see is a sample project that does NT user management
through VB, or even a good set of API declarations for the Net* API and all
the associated  structures needed.

Barring that, references to any sample code on the web, or any good book
references would be appreciated.
