 Upgrade Problems: VB4.0/16Bit to VB4.0/32Bit

I've just upgraded my system to Windows95.  I tried installing the
32bit version of Visual Basic over the 16bit version, but when I run
VB it gives me a General Protection Fault error.  At this point, even
if I reinstall the 16bit version of VB4.0, it will not run.  I have to
reinstall windows to get the 16 bit version to run.

HELP!!!  PLEASE!
