I need a reporting tool to do multi-detail reports.  By multi-detail,
I mean reports that start with a recordset in one table, then for each
record in that recordset, perform reporting on data in another table.
An example would be printing a report of multiple invoices, where each
invoice can have multiple items on it.

We currently have Crystal Reports 4.5 and it will not perform this
function (that I can figure out!)

Personally I have always thought that CR was useless.  However
you might want to check out the report write that comes
with Access.  It is the best I have seen.  Unfortunately
it is pretty slow.
