I need help with the listview, I have this set to report style, in code I
allow my user to move a row up or down one row at a time so they can reorder
the list.

However I would like my user to be able to click a row and drag that row to
a new postion. I have played with Mouse down, mouse up, mouse move, drag
properties but seam to be getting no where. Can anyone help?
