I believe that I once obtained a downloadable patch from Microsoft to allow
my VB4 applications to handle MS Access 95+ data via ODBC (previously
constrained by VB).

In upgrading my hard-disk, and reloading the original VB4 from CD, I find
that I can no longer get at the Access data, either through my own app, or
through VisData.

Silly me, I don't seem to be able to find a copy of the patch file - can
anyone point me to it?

Thanks for the feedback, but I already have MSDAC 2.0 typical
redistributable installed and it doesn't address the problem (which is that
VB4 tells me I may not use ODBC against MS Access).

Which component should I be looking for??
