In need of a programmer. Willing to pay

Hello,

I am in need of a simple program that would accomplish the following:

1) A telephone number is dialed (Say 1-111-1111-11-12)
2) As soon as the last digit is dialed,  In this case that's "2" run the
timer until
3) The ringing starts,  --> ist measurment
4) measure time between 1st ring and when the call is actually answered.
5) repeat step 1 to 5

Program must let me choose in advance which number to call, and frequency in
between calls.

Time measurement to be output to a report

eg.

Time of call  :  Time of last dialed digit : Time of first ring :
Measurment : Time call answered : Measurment
13 pm                         13.00.10                          13.00.17
7 second           13.00.25                   13 sec
13.02                           13.02.10                          13.02.13
3 seconds          13.02.20                    7 sec

If you can, and do it fast, like within the next 2/3 days, then, please let
me know with cost. Please let me have your tel so that I may contat you for
more info.

Thank you

Jacques

Advertising of any kind, including employment solicitations (and
responses thereto) are off-topic (and unwelcome to serious technical
Q&A participants) in technical discussion newsgroups. Since most of the
_experienced_ regular participants view these posts as unwelcome and
will not respond, it is also not a particularly fertile field for
finding _qualified_ candidates.

In fact, most ISPs post information on Newsgroup Netiquette and explain
that adverti{*filter*}ts and employment solicitations are prohibited in all
newsgroups EXCEPT those whose charter specifically allows them. The
charter of comp.lang.basic.visual.misc does not allow either.

By the way, there are quite a number of jobs newsgroups and job sites
which are likely to be more productive than this newsgroup. Using any
of the major search engines with search words of "jobs" and "computers"
will find you a great many sites devoted to job posting, resume
posting, or both. Your news source should have a list of the newsgroups
they carry... look for ones with "jobs" in the name. Many of the jobs
newsgroups are identified by locality there is likely one for yours.

We assume you just did not know the rules; we are not offended, but
just trying to keep the traffic in the newsgroup within reasonable
bounds and hold it to its intended purpose of technical questions,
answers, and discussion. I wish you much good luck in finding qualified
candidates; I _hope_ that you will pursue that elsewhere. Thanks for
your future consideration.

Do you type this every time, or you have this saved in a text file?

Saved in a text file. Sometimes I alter it a little to fit the
situation. And, as I told someone before, I neither make nor enforce
the rules -- I'm just the old fuddy-duddy who reminds people that there
are rules and what they are. I may even have saved some of them from
losing their accounts with their ISPs. I believe it's kept this and
comp.databases.ms-access freer of advertising and job postings than
many technical newsgroups who don't have an old fuddy-duddy to remind
people. BTW, we're more laid back here than comp.databases.ms-access.
