 How determine Exit-Code of Shelled DOS-Application ?

Hello all,

I need an easy method to determine the exit-code of an shelled DOS-application
issued by a Visaul-Basic application.

When I e. g. shell "pkzip dummy.zip somefiles.*", I need the exit-code of
pkzip.
