System Tray Tooltip Refresh
I have an app which uses system tray code (written by me, hence the next lot
of problems!)... I have a subroutine which will modify the icons ToolTip,
but the ToolTip is not automatically refreshed. The effect I am trying to
achieve would be similar to WinAmps, where it scrolls the song title.
Currently with my app you have to move the mouse off of the icon (hence the
tooltip disappears) and then moving mouse over again (hence tip reappears).
Obvious problem with this is that you miss about 2 seconds worth of tooltip,
and it looks crap.
Any ideas?
