Unfortunately, both my Internet provider and I have changed something
in that link.
The old one read:
http://aksess-www.oslonett.no/~balchen/lit.htm
The new one should read:
http://www.sn.no/~balchen/vb/lit.htm
For the time being, I have links from ~balchen/lit.htm to
~balchen/vb/lit.htm and my provider has a link from oslonett to sn,
but this won't last forever.
