Could someone please tell me if it is possible to refresh the system tray
icons by running a Visual Basic Script file from a command in a batch file.

What I have done is I have found a program that will kill a process from a
batch file but it's icon remains in the system tray, I want it to remove the
programs old Icon from the  system tray before it runs the program again.
