This one hasn't so much got me stumped... but is rather very difficult and I have a short time frame.

I'm trying to create a RAS phone book entry programmatically.  The existing RASAPI32.DLL does not support this
(and in turn, neither do the VB RAS functions provided as an example by Microsoft).

However, Microsoft have released extenstions to the RASAPI32.DLL that do support these functions in a file
called RNAPH.DLL (if you've seen the doco you'll realise how hairy this gets).

Has anyone used this DLL with VB4 ????  If so, I would REALLY appreciate some example code or tips.
