I've developed an Access 2.0 application that needs a compact and repari utility for
users who do NOT have Access 2.0 (or any version of Access). I have the Visual Basic
3.0 script "RepairDatabase d:\table.mdb" and "CompactDatabase d:\table.mdb" which works
like a champ on MY computer and MY version of Access.  However, if I run this code on
any other user's computer (REGARDLESS of how I've set the permissions).  The message
"Not a vaild Account Name or Password" appears.  

I thought changing the permissions would fix the problem, but I've granted every user
and group every possible permission...but it still blows.  

Any and all help will be DEEPLY appreciated.

Have you remembered to call SetDefaultWorkspace in your repair/compact
program?
