The SETUP routine that ate New York....

I'm building an app and trying to use the Setup Wizard in VB 4.0 16-bit.
The setup part works ok, but when I try to do the install, I keep getting
a message saying that Setup can't get enough memory to run and that I
should shut down a Windows app and try again.  I've tried this on an 8-meg
486 as well as a 16-meg Pentium with a really big swapfile to no avail.
Can someone help?

The SETUP routine that ate New York....

The reason your setup does not work is probably not because of lack of =

memory, but because the setup program needs a number of system-files to =

be unlocked, which they aren't when you have some apps running. =

Do ctrl+Esc to show your running apps and close them all before running =

setup or start Windows while pressing your shift-key, chec=B4k that you =

only have program manager running and then run setup.

Hope this helps....
