I noticed the presence of this file in my Visual Basic\setup
directory, with VB4 Prof. My questions are these:

1.  Does anyone have any documentation on this exe regarding how to
use this?

2.  Can it be distributed?

3.  What's the difference between this and RegSvr32.exe?

4.  Could this be used to register the controls you distribute with an
app with more certainty, so  that you won't have problems on the
user's machine with your app not running properly?
