Whenever I compile the project , it's showing 'OBJECT DOES N'T SUPPORT
THIS PROPERTY."
Do I want to give any reference for this control. ?

No, you don't need to give a reference if you've added it to your
components and placed it on the form. Sounds like you're trying to use a
property it doesn't support(!)

For example, MSFlexGrid1.xxxx = 1 would give such an error.

What line in your code is it rejecting?  You may be setting a design
time
only property in your code. Or you have tried to use a property the the
msflexgrid doesn't support.
