Is there a collection of usable icons for free out there?

I started to use some of the accompanying icons with VB4,
but that really doesn't do it. I miss a collection of icons
that is designed around the same theme.

I want them for buttons in my application.
What I need is such as: Add record, delete record, open file,
last record, etc...
