I am going to be writing a program which will need some .WAV files.  It occurs
to me that there might be the .WAV equivalent of Clip Art.  

Anyone know of such a thing?  If there isn't, it looks like a real
oppourtunity.  As more people get sound-card equipped computers, there will be
more of use for programs which can play .WAV files, and thus a demand for .WAV
file catalogs.
