Save a Word document as HTML using VB4

Is there a "clean" way to save a Word document as HTML (a function
of Internet Assistant) using VB4? I know this can be implemented using
SendKey commands. I am more interested in a "cleaner" way such as OLE.

This is because I had bad experience in that key-strokes sent out
using "SendKey" sometimes can get lost or interfered.

Thanks.
