Help!problem using ODBC to connect to access.

                    Hi!

I have created a application in Visual Basic, and
is working well with the default access, but I want
to access the Access database residing in
the remote system. I came to the conclusion of using
ODBC to connect to the database. so I created the  I
ODBC connection, by doing the following:

                    1. Double clicked the 32 bit ODBC Icon in the
                    control Panel.

                    2. Selcted the add button to add a new data
                    source.

3.Double-Clicked on the Microsoft Access Driver,
and the Access setup dialog box appeared.

4.In the above dialog box I gave MyDataSource as
the name of the Data source. and gave some
                    description.

5.I selected the database, in the remote server ,
and in the advanced dialog box I included the user
                    and password

                    6. The I went to Visual Basic, and I defined a
connect string to link to the database.

I have also  created a System DSN MyDataSource
But on executing the application, I get the error
in Viual Basic, Number: 3151, stating Connection
                    to "MyDataSource" Failed.

Hope someone can help me out of this, please let me
know if the above steps are correct.
                    Thanks,
                    Praveen
