 VB 4.0 & Access 7.0

Hi all,
I'm programming with vb 4.0 16 bits and accessing to a microsoft access 3.0 database. I got
MSAccess 7.0 and I can't access to the database anymore with the data control. Are MSAccess
7.0 databases only compatible with vb 4.0 32 bits version?

Cheers

Albert.

Hi Albert,

I'm in this moment reading a book about the Jet Engine. In this book there
is a table saying that Access 7.0 can only use Jet Engine 3.0. When you are
using the 16-bit version of VB4 it uses the 2.5 version of Jet Engine.

Cheers
