VB 5.0 and Excel Office 97

Had a functional code for opening an excel sheet and filling it with
information.
I used Office 95 and everyone was happy. Upgraded to Office 97 and suddenly
my world falls apart.
I created an object and lets call it xl
Then I try to fill it with for example
xl.Cells(1,1).Value = "1"
This have been working but know I get Run-Time error 438 "Object doesn't
support this property or method".
I can't find any information on any change in the object or propertys for
excel in my documentation.
Can someone help, PLEASE.

Best Regards
