 Direct 3D functions modules/wrappers/classes etc

Hi,

I was wondering of anyone know of, or has, a module or a class that can be
used in 3d games that takes care of all the nasties that are the
translations and rotations etc.  My maths isn't good enough to work it all
out my self - I was hoping for routines like 'RotateCamera(degrees as
integer)' etc.

If anyone knows please, please reply!
