Our company is looking for a Visual Basic programmer who is willing
to work a minimum of 30 hours as an independent contractor on a long
term basis.

We are looking for a reliable, intelligent, good-throughput person.
We are NOT looking for the usual "consultant" who wants to get into a
project, make big-bucks, and then move on.

We are looking for somebody who wants their freedom through flex-time
but who also wants stability and consistentcy in employment. We are
looking to pay $20 per hour with a bonus of $5 to $10 per hour
depending upon the project. This works out to about $40,000 per year
for the base and a bonus of up to $10,000 to $20,000 per year. (Total
Comp: $40,000 to $60,000)

The individual must love V.B. and must be the type of person who
programs because it is fun, not because it was the thing that the
high-school counselor said would "pay well."

If in the general Seattle area you can work always/sometimes/never at
our offices. If in the Austin area we are looking at setting up a
branch office! Otherwise, we are used to working "long distance".
