 Help: VB4.0 made 32bit applications don't work

This doesn't make much sense.  I have VB 3, 4 (16-bit), and 4.0a (32-bit)
and I am capable of making and running EXEs and DLLs (4.0a 32-bit) without
any problems.

Try reinstalling VB.

Excuse me, but you didn't say if the program worked with the Run | Start
menu option.

Does it?

I have the exact same problem.  It works (for me, at least) if I do it
in Run | Start but when I compile it, it doesn't.  I suspect it has
something to do with the file VB40032.DLL as it is not the same date
as my other VB*.DLL files.  Also, I seemed to have lost VBRUN400.DLL
and I couldn't find it.

Denny:
There is no VBRUN400.DLL.
Only VB40016.DLL  914kb 8-15-95
 and VB40032.DLL  705kb 8-15-95

These are what I have and their dates and sizes if it helps. I know that with
VB 4.01a or whatever they are calling it "should" have newer.
