
Help: VB4.0 made 32bit applications don't work

I have the exact same problem. It works (for me, at least) if I do it
in Run | Start but when I compile it, it doesn't. I suspect it has
something to do with the file VB40032.DLL as it is not the same date
as my other VB*.DLL files. Also, I seemed to have lost VBRUN400.DLL
and I couldn't find it.
